Return & Refund Policy

1. No Unreasonable Returns & Refunds
We DO NOT support 7-day / 30-day no-reason return and refund services. Customers cannot apply for return or refund due to personal dislike, size unsuitable, wrong purchase, change mind or other personal reasons.

2. Valid Return Conditions Only
Returns and full refunds are only acceptable if the goods arrive with quality defects, damage, missing parts, wrong items sent caused by our side.

3. EU Region Special Rule
For all orders shipped to European Union countries, random voluntary returns are strictly prohibited. All return requests must be verified with real product problem evidence (photos/videos). Unreasonable return applications from EU buyers will be directly rejected.

4. Return Process Rule
Before returning goods, buyers must contact our customer service first and provide clear proof of product problems. Unauthorized private return will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Fee Rule
If returns are caused by our product quality problem, we bear the return shipping cost. If buyers initiate unreasonable return voluntarily, all shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Final Confirmation
All orders placed mean you have fully read and agreed to this return refund policy, no further dispute appeal for unreasonable return will be accepted.
